Rural blanket bog area in North Kerry. Hosts Ireland's only truely rural festival in early August each year. The Dan Paddy Andy Festival commemoriates the last of the great Irish Matchmakers. The bog walks where you can learn to cut turf (peat) in the old fachion way is one of the festival highlights.
